PPE ECO is a self-adhesive, closed-cell foamed polyethylene: one of the most effective lightweight materials for heat and sound insulation of a vehicle cabin. Use it as a second layer over sound deadening mats.

Where to use it

PPE acts as a barrier layer and works best on flat surfaces. It’s layer 2: fit it over sound deadening mats. See Soundproofing Basics.
How to install
- Clean the surface of dust and grease with panel thinners or an alcohol-based cleaner. Don’t use white spirit.
- Cut the sheet to shape.
- Peel off the backing and press firmly onto the surface.
