  2. Await confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Carefully package the item(s), including your original invoice, and ship to:

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty or incorrect).

4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
