Refunds and returns are applicable to products purchased directly from InShop.ie.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Proof of purchase is required for all refund and return requests.

Pack the product securely, along with the original invoice and any other relevant documentation, and ship it to our workshop at 27-35 Hebron Industrial Estate, Kilkenny, R95FK02.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund or return, we will process the request within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
